Facebook is the blog killer. Even if you don’t end up putting something on Facebook, the consideration of doing so kills the consideration of putting it on the blog.
To make an analogy, if I have stale chips in my house, I will not snack, because the most convenient snack is the stale chips, and the effort to think of another snack that takes more preparation is too much, so I reduce the question of “do I want a snack?” to the more immediate question of “do I want stale chips?” I let my answer to the stale chip question become the answer to the snack question as a whole. For better or worse.
Agree somewhat. I don’t think I thought of it that way but I also do not use Facebook very much.
Often the reason I don’t blog is because when I have blog ideas I run them through my head, write them in my head, argue them in head, consider what others might think in my head, then realize I have completed my blogging already it was just in my head.
To actually put it in a blog is twice the work I expected it to be. So in essence I am just to tired.
